Amazing House in Balham

Hi! We're looking for a friendly person to fill the third room in our furnished flat in Balham as our current flatmate is moving for work.

THE HOUSEMATES
You'd be living with two professionals: Taylor is from the US and works in advertising and Laura is from England and works for Spotify. We both currently work from home but are expecting to go back into the office part time in the coming weeks. We're both easy-going and enjoy the odd trip to the pub or movie night together but we also have our own lives and friends outside of the house.

THE ROOM
The bedroom lets in plenty of light and comes with built in shelves on one side and a bedside table on the other (the tall bookshelf won't be staying) and a wardrobe.

THE FLAT
The flat is really spacious with a large kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate living room with comfy couches and a massive TV. There is the option to use the living room to work from home during normal office hours. We also have our own private back garden. The flat comes fully furnished and has all the appliances you need (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc).

THE AREA
We are about a 15 minute walk to Balham or Streatham Hill stations as well as a bus stop around the corner. We are situated right across the street from Tooting Common on one side and a great coffee shop and convenience store on the other. Our landlord renovated the flat before we moved so everything has pretty fresh paint/appliances and he has been great to work with on the one or two occasions when we needed a repair.

YOU
We're looking for a friendly professional individual who would want to make this a home with us. We like to keep the common areas as tidy and have a cleaner come in every 2 weeks to do a clean of the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The rent is £725/month and bills come to £125 including the cleaner. The deposit is £692
