Double room to rent in friendly house in Balham :)

Looking for someone ASAP.

Looking for someone to take over my double room in friendly 5 bed house share in Balham. Unfortunately moving out to live with my close friends so leaving behind this lovely house.

The housemates
You’ll be living with 4 professionals: Heather (28) terrorist analyst, Mikael (30) sports journalist, Rory (25) science publishing, Helen (25) business analyst, all met from spare room. Everyone has a mix of working from home and days working in the office. Everyone’s easy going and it’s a nice mix of heading out for drinks together but also everyone having their own lives and friends outside of the house.

The room
The room lets in plenty of light. It comes with all of the furniture (minus the mirror and desk). The desk is replaced with another set of chest of drawers if needed, or can be left empty to put your own desk in if you’re working from home.

The flat
Really spacious and split over 3 floors. Both guys occupy the top floor with a shared bathroom with shower. The females are currently on the middle floor with another shared bathroom with shower and bath. There’s also a toilet downstairs. Spacious living room with area if you’re working from home. The house has its own private garden that has a BBQ, which is fab in summer! The flat comes fully furnished and has all appliances you’ll need (washing machine, microwave ect). You won’t need to bring any additional kitchen utensils.

The area
10/15 min walk to Balham station. Clapham South is also a short walk away as well as close bus stops. Tooting common is at the end of the road, with coffee shops and convenience shop round the corner. Short walk to big supermarkets - aldi and sainsburys.

You
Looking for a friendly professional between ages of 25-30. We like to keep common areas tidy but there is a cleaner who comes every two weeks and this is included in the price of rent. The rent is £800 a month and includes bills. The deposit is £820. Looking for someone to move ASAP (weekend of 4/5 may but can be flexible).
