Mon-Fri let in usually empty home

Double bedroom available Monday to Friday.

The room is in a maisonette flat in Streatham Hill/Balham area. You will be sharing with one other person (me!). It’s my home so is fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need.

While I am a live-in landlord, I work away from home during the week, so you would normally have the whole place to yourself from Monday evening to Thursday evening.

The double room is large and gets plenty of light. The room has a double bed, desk and triple wardrobe so there is plenty of storage space if you need to leave things here over the weekend. You will have your own bathroom with separate bath/shower (note this is not an en suite). My bedroom and bathroom are on a separate floor, making it a very peaceful flat to live in.

You must like cats as I have two very friendly cats called Midnight and Sunshine.

All bills included including broadband and cleaner.

Superb transport links - 13 mins walk to Streatham Hill for trains to London Bridge/Victoria; 16 mins walk to Balham for overground and northern line; and buses every few minutes down to Brixton for Victoria line.

Street parking is available and there is always plenty of space but you would need to get a permit which is straightforward.

As I won’t be around much I’m looking for someone tidy and trustworthy to be in my home during the week, enjoying the peace and quiet but also taking care of the place and feeding my two cats.
