Lovely double room in refurbished gay household

The house has three bedrooms and is well maintained. We have direct access to Tooting Bec Common with tennis courts, running track, lido. You will have your own bathroom with bath, shower, underfloor heating, and you will share the lounge, the kitchen/diner and the garden with two others, one of whom is mostly here at weekends only. (Sometimes we use your bathroom if we have a guest staying or are downstairs)

For your technical needs: fibre optic broadband is included

Water/council tax included, too.

We both enjoy travelling, food, exploring new restaurants.

The house is particularly nice in the summer due to it being on the common. We enjoy many long days in the garden with friends for BBQs.

The room has a comfy storage bed, mattress, desk & wardrobe for you to enjoy. The mattress is a Signature Platinum 2000 Pocket Sprung Orthopaedic Natural Fillings Mattress (really comfy) medium to firm. Filled with a wealth of wool, silk and cashmere. It’s on a grey divan bed with two additional under bed storage facilities.

We have also added a Milo Koble -Milo is a dynamic occasional table with Scandi appeal. Integrated fast wireless charging technology, along with stitched in push buttons for control of the premium Bluetooth speakers. Connect any device via the 2 x USB charging points.

If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. If, however, you are looking for a home where we respect each other and the house - pop in for a viewing.

Both of us are working Monday to Friday, we travel a lot. Therefore, you often have the house to yourselves. We do love our food and wine (or cocktails) and enjoy our dinners in the garden.
