Mezzanine bedroom, bright flat 5 mins from Balham

Hey, we are looking for a new sociable, easy going flatmate to join us in a lovely bright flat just 5 minutes from Balham station.

About the flat: A top floor 3-bed maisonette spread across three levels. There is a clean and modern shared kitchen living area, with all the essentials (fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher etc). There is one shared bathroom with a bath/shower, and one of the bedrooms has its own ensuite. The flat is on a quiet residential road, so very little noise comes from the street.

Bedroom available: furnished double bedroom with a mezzanine level.

Rachel has lived here for the last year, the landlords are great, we are in a WhatsApp group with them and they are very responsive to any messages/problems.

Bills: bills are included in the price and split 3-ways, including all the essentials plus Virgin TV.

About the area: We may be biased but we think Balham is the best place to live in SW London. It has a great buzz, full of so many young professionals, very family orientated, and feels super safe. There are three commons on your doorstep, so lots of green space. Plus you’re spoilt for choice with coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and all the amenities you’d need in Balham itself.

About us: We both work as a dentists, so you will very rarely find us working from home. During the week we’ll usually be cooking, gyming and chilling out, but from Thursdays onwards we are always keen for drinks, dinner and fun activities. We're looking for flatmates with a similar vibe!
