Lovely en suite double room, great transport links

I have a lovely double room in my family home to rent for up to four days a week (Monday - Thursday) from 1st October. May suit female professional who works in London whose home is too far to commute daily. The room is furnished with a lovely double bed and is very spacious, has its own bathroom and sits at the top of the house. Close to Balham High Road in a quiet street with good cafes and restaurants nearby, we also have the lovely Tooting Bec common a five minute walk away. Cost £690 per month Monday to Thursday , or £520 per month for three days (some commuters only require three days in London). My current lodger lives outside of London but needs to be in London three days a week. The cost of the room per night is often cheaper than a train ticket for many commuters on the days it's necessary to be in London.
