Our double bedroom available is in a light, modern house, with a large garden and kitchen / dining room and a separate utility room.

The house is equal distance from Balham & Tooting Bec, off Balham High Road, the road is relatively quiet, and there is a street WhatsApp group - so a great community feel.

The room has a good quality double bed & comfortable mattress. A chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe.

The bathroom is shared, but there are two bathrooms / three toilets in the house.

There is fast fibre BT broadband throughout.

The kitchen comes with all the mod cons including a double refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, & air fryer. We share utensils and cutlery.

We are a professional couple with teenagers. The house tends to be quiet, as everyone has their own busy life and very long days.

To work full time from the house is not an option as we are around the house during the school holidays.

Includes all bills, (gas, electric, water, wifi, tv licence etc).

Please let us know a little about yourself, we are looking for someone for a minimum of six months.

The room is offered with a lodger arrangement / agreement.

The room is available from mid-January..
