Huge double bedroom to rent in Balham

In an incredible feat my best friend has found love and is moving out so I’m therefore looking for a new flatmate to join me in a in a spacious split-level Victorian conversion apartment in Balham. The room is huge, as seen in the photos and in a great location! The flat is fully furnished, including the kitchen.
The apartment is on the same road as Tooting Common and a 10 minute walk to Balham station.

I’ve lived in the flat for 3 years now and am a 25 year old paralegal in-house at an ad tech company. I’m sociable so am often out at the weekends and weekdays, or at my parent’s in the country, but can typically be found soundly asleep by 10pm during the week. I love a movie night in or a casual trip to one of Balham’s many fine pubs.

Looking for someone to move in 11th June for one year with scope to extend. I’m ideally looking for a friend as well as flatmate, but who equally values alone time.

Price: £1,300 exl. bills (approx. £60 per month in summer, max £100 in winter)
One month deposit required, returned on expiration of the lease.
