Balham Girls Flat!

Hello potential new housemate!
My friend and I are looking for our future 3rd person in this amazing flat 3 bed flat in Balham.

It is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom flat, on the top floor of a complex. The rent is £900pcm +bills (£100-£150) roughly. The flat is roughly a 6 minute walk from the tube (Northern Line) and national rail.

🧑‍🍳 Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Ample storage and appliances included!

🛌 The room - fully furnished with ottoman bed (extra storage yay!) and double door wardrobe.

🛋️ Lounge room - furnished lounge room with 49” TV, couch and room for a small desk if required for WFH as the room doesn’t fit a desk currently.

🚽 Bathroom - decent sized bathroom with excellent shower facilities and good cabinet storage

👯‍♀️ A bit about your potential new flatties!
Bre: 33 year old Kiwi gal who’s been living in London for the past 4 years nearly and work as a PA in soho. I love to travel when I can, brunch, chill on the common with a nice glass of something and a book, but equally love a binge series on Netflix. I am known to the odd round of kiwi baking which am always happy to share!

Tegan: 28 year old Australian gal who has lived in London for over a year now. I work in HR and love to travel! I enjoy going to the gym, brunching and spending time with my friends. Like every other Aussie I take full advantage of cheap flights and escape to Europe whenever I can! I am down for nights on the couch watching trashy tv or a movie, cooking dinner or just chatting, but equally love my own space and happy to just chill in my room.

💃 About you: ideally you will be 27-35 year old female (sorry boys!) who is friendly, clean, tidy and social. The room would be more suitable to someone who is in the office more times than not but we can work this out as there is room in the lounge for a desk.
