Flatmate wanted - Balham

Hey, our flatmate is moving to Dubai at the end of July and so we are looking to fill her room.

You would be living with myself and girlfriend. Both work in the office 5 days a week though we sometimes do the odd day from home. Both super relaxed and go out most weekends but like to chill during the week. Both pretty into our fitness but like having a drink as well and chilling with mates.

Jas is from London and I’m from Glasgow and have been in this flat since April 2023. Jas is an assistant psychologist and I work for a bank. Flat is amazing and we like to keep it clean and tidy. We speak directly to the landlord so he is easily reachable if there are any issues.

Bills around £80-£100.

The current flatmate is happy to leave her furniture for £150. Room comes mostly furnished so the £150 would be for two chest of drawers but the bed etc.
