Balham Double Room & En suite

I’m sadly moving out of my lovely flat due to a work opportunity abroad.

Du Cane Court is only a ~5 min walk from both Balham tube and overground stations and has 24/7 concierge and security (with the option to apply for a parking permit).

The current household are lovely friends of mine and are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and chilled! Both flatmates have busy social lives/outside interests so would prefer someone similar.

My room is a double room with ensuite (all flatmates have their own bathrooms). Property has been recently decorated with modern furnishings (usb plugs, heated flooring, dishwasher, tumble dryer and separate utility room).

Bills not included but tends to be ~150 on top of rent (council, wifi, water, electricity).
