It's a large house with 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and spacious kitchen.
Located on a quiet street walking distance to 2 Tesco Expresses (1 of them open 24hr), pubs, restaurants, and Balham high street (Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsburys) just 10 mins away. 6-8 mins away from Tooting Bec and 10 mins from Balham stations. Tooting Bec common just down the road.

We're 3 professionals, in marketing & civil service industries. We all hybrid-workers, so its chilled in the daytimes. We're fairly social but keep the house pretty quiet & clean overall.
If you're a chilled, tidy and fun housemate you'll fit in well here! 2 of us are LGBT, so it's a good space for additional LGBT members, but we're happy with anyone who matches our vibe!

All bills are included, but we do pay £32 each per month for a weekly cleaner.
