🏠 Looking for an individual to rent a lovely double bedroom in Balham with me! Details as follows:

- 💵 £1100 per month, plus estimate of £100 of bills per month + £82.50 per month for cleaning
- 📍 Located in Balham, 5 minute walk to the station and lots of grocery stores and shops close by
- 🛀 shared bathroom (you will only be sharing with me)
- 👫 sharing with a working professional (aged 32)
- 🛌 Furnished with bed and walk in wardrobe (I have also furnished the entire flat)

The size of the room is 3.6m x 3.3m and comes with a walk in wardrobe in addition to the room which is 1.65m x 0.95m

About me: I am a working professional and have enjoyed living in this flat for the last 4 years. I love to watch movies, have long chats with housemates, see my friends, go to dance classes, sing and play music, exercise and have down time at home. The flat has become my sanctuary outside of the busy London life! Looking for a housemate who enjoys socialising with their housemate!

Other information: the heating and hot water is included in the rent. Additional bills include electricity, council tax, internet, water, and tv licence which is estimated to be £100 per month each. I also have a weekly cleaner to keep the place clean and she is £85 per month each.
