I have two double bedrooms in my recently refurbished flat available 🏠

1 min walk from bus stops in either direction. 5 min walk from tooting bec tube station. 15 mins travel from door to central London 🚇

5 min walk to gym. 2 min walk to park. Surrounded by pubs, bars, restaurants and only a short walk to the amazing, tooting Broadway Market 🧭

At the moment it's just me living here. I'm a music producer/ artist and spend roughly a 1/2 of my time away travelling and at my other place in Bristol. I enjoy the gym, cooking, games, bars and films 🥃

I've previously had tenants who enjoy socialising, but I'm open to all for a viewing 😊
