Room available in Balham house share

We have one furnished room available until the beginning of April 2025 in a very large and spacious 6 bed share house. Current housemates are buying so the move in date could change depending on their progress.

The House:

The house is spread over three stories, with two bedrooms on each level. We have a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage, and an adjoining lounge room with a table, sofa, and TV.

The house has three toilets, two large bathrooms with showers, and a washing machine and dryer. There’s ample storage throughout the house, so a bicycle and/or extra luggage is no drama.

There is also a large garden out the back, which gets plenty of use. The garden has outdoor furniture, a clothesline, and a small storage shed.

Location:

We are a short 10-minute walk to both Balham and Tooting Bec Tube stations, and it’s just as close to both Wandsworth and Tooting Commons. We have a Tesco, Sainsburys and an Aldi close by, plus everything else Balham high street has to offer.

The housemates:
We enjoy spending time together, although the house is certainly large enough to stay out of each other’s hair.

Rent:

Rent is £650 per month, with no security deposit.

About you:

We are looking for a laid back, social young professional (ideally hybrid or fully in the office), who is clean and tidy.

Ideally, we are looking for one male and one female to keep the balance in the flat.
