Heya! I’m Georgie (28) and looking for a flatmate for my flat in Balham. This large double with en-suite is available from end of August, but can be flexible for the right person!

Located on a quiet residential street, the flat is 2 minutes from Hyde Farm cafe and Tooting Common. It’s a 12 min walk from Streatham Hill and 15 min walk from Balham tube station so connections to central London are super easy.

Balham has a great selection of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets but Clapham, Brixton, and Tooting are all short distances away as well!

This is a top floor flat (second story) which means there’s lots of natural light!

I work in marketing and am in the office 2-3 days a week. Outside of work I like trying new workout classes and restaurants, spending time with friends, and getting overpriced coffees.

I’m pretty tidy and relaxed as a person so looking for someone else who’s got a similar vibe! I’d love to do the occasional thing with my flatmate and want this to feel like a proper home to come back to 💖
