Shared kitchen, spacious lounge and modern bathroom. The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the flat is fully equipped!
Two easy going and social housemates (Shannon & Fay) that enjoy all things food, travel, running, exercise, live music, pub gardens, trash-TV and the occasional pub quiz! We're looking for a like-minded professional, age range 26-30, to join us :) …extra kudo's if you help us get to 1st place in the quiz (we've never come close).
The bedroom is not furnished so this will need to be provided. Kitchen includes gas, brand new washing machine and fridge freezer. Lounge includes sofa and TV (albeit on the smaller side). Bathroom includes the standard and a shower (no bath).
Bills are not included in the rent price but are shared between all tenants evenly and include WI-FI, council tax, electricity and gas and water (£100 ish a month).
Wifi reaches all areas of the house suitable for working from home. Fay is in the office 5 days a week and Shannon is split between WFH and the office.
Large storage room at the back on the flat suitable for coats, bikes, shoes etc.
Our landlord is great and easily contactable, understanding and responsive.
