Lovely and spacious room in Balham

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room from 1 October as I am moving back to the US.

The room: a spacious double bed room with wood floors, massive windows, and plenty of storage! The street is residential and very quiet.

The house: an old victorian, lovely and airy house with 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a large garden in the back, and basement for storage. The house is very well located and a quick walk to Balham station (7 mins), Wandsworth and Tooting Commons, large Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Aldi, loads of gyms and cute restaurants and cafes! We all spit bills and get a biweekly cleaner for common areas.

The flatmates: 3 women in their mid 20s, early 30s who all have a hybrid set up for work so are in and out during the week. We all love to hang and catch up over dinner, but equally have our own social lives and are often out and about.

Logistics: Move in from 1 October, you'll be able to easily take over my lease. The room is furnished but this can be negotiable.
