Small double bedroom in Balham

Hi!

I am moving in with my boyfriend so unfortunately have to leave this lovely flat!

The flat is a maisonette with a large spacious kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also additional storage space throughout the flat.

The room comes with a built-in wardrobe, a bedside table, one large set of drawers and another smaller set of drawers. The mirror, lamp and shelf will also stay.

The Location:
We are in a great location being a 8 minute walk from Balham station and all the local amenities (including Sainsbury’s, Aldi & Waitrose). There are many pubs within walking distance and we are close to Tooting and Wandsworth Common.

Housemates:
You will be living with two amazing girls, who are both working professionals. We would like someone who is like-minded with similar interests, who is easy going, clean and tidy. We all have our own lives but we do enjoy having a chill and a catch up in the evenings!

Parking:
There is on street parking available that you can get a permit for. There is free parking during evenings and weekends.

Bills:
We pay for all the usual such as internet, water, electricity/gas and council tax which comes to less than £100 a month each.

There is also an admin fee to pay to the Property management company of £50 to change the contract (I’ll pay half!)

The contract runs until the end of March with the option to renew if you wanted to stay longer.
