Balham flat 2 mins from station <3

Hi!

We’re two sisters (young professionals) living in a gorgeously spacious flat just off Balham High Road. We've been living here for the last three years with our best friend from home, but she's very excitingly moving out to purchase a flat just down the road in Balham.

We're looking for a likeminded flatmate to join us for the next few months (with a potential to extend). The rent is great value considering we can actually see the tube from our front window! And the flat is huge (there's more than enough space for three!) with a front and rear terrace.

You would be in the front bedroom which is HUGE (twice the size of the other rooms) and it does come with some furniture (a chest of draws and a desk) but you'd need to purchase a bed and side tables.

I work in advertising and my sister works as an architect so we work 9-6 (I occasionally have to work later) in the office, but we love to fill our weeks with productive activities (gym or painting) and socialising at the weekends. We're super welcoming but also very laid back so also very happy for you to do your own thing.

An ideal flatmate would be a likeminded corporate-girly who respects the flat but is also keen to make the most of what Balham has to offer!
