You’ll be sharing with Mitch who works in television and Emily and Milly who are civil servants, aged 27- 28 years old. Looking for someone of a similar age who is friendly, respectful and tidy.
The house is very spacious with a large kitchen and living room as well as a garden patio. The main bathroom is shared between 3 people & we also have a downstairs loo. The bedroom is tidy, has lots of storage and plenty of space for a desk. Bills come to around £150 per month.
The house itself is on a lovely quiet street away from the main roads. It's a 7 minute walk to Balham station (Northern line amd National Rail). There's a Co-op 3 minute walk away and loads of shops on Balham high street.
