Spacious room available by Wandsworth Common

I am moving out of this three-bedroom house right next to Wandsworth Common and looking for a young professional to replace me!

The available room is on the top floor of the house, it is spacious and has a lovely view of the common. The room is furnished and available from 1st November. Bills are not included in the rent and normally come to around £90 per month.

The house has a good-sized kitchen and lounge with all the usual mod cons. The broadband speed is excellent so there will be no issues even if everyone is working from home. The bathroom is only shared between two people (one of the other rooms is an ensuite) so no queueing for a shower!

In terms of public transport, the house is very well located. Wandsworth Common station is a three minute walk away, with Clapham Junction four minutes and Victoria only 12 minutes away by train. There are also buses that can quickly get you to Clapham Junction and Tooting.

Balham station and the high street are also within walking distance (10 -15 mins), and there are lots of amenities on the street itself - two pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and a Sainsbury's.
