Small double room in beautiful Balham

I have a small room to let. It's furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a chest of drawers. There are also clear storage boxes underneath the bed.

We live a 7 minute walk from Balham High Road and Balham station, which is served by both the underground and overground. There's also a small 24 hour Tesco just opposite us.

I live here with my 11 and 9 year old daughters and little dog and I am looking for a similarly aged female flatmate. We are easy going, friendly and sociable.

The rent is £650 pcm with a one week deposit (£150). Both short or longer term welcome.
