Balham double and office room ✨🌺

Hey! Our lovely housemate is leaving us for a boy, so we are looking for someone to have her room from 8th December!

Currently two girls - Rebecca (26) working in the charity sector and Raj (28) working in law. We both work hybrid and looking for a girl who’s a similar age to join us in our first floor maisonette flat in Balham

The room is a small double that fits a chest of drawers, mirror and bedside table too. This also comes with a separate office room with a wardrobe and desk included

There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is in a quiet residential street and a 5/10 minute walk to Wandsworth common

We’re both sociable, love exploring London, theatre, concerts, yoga and travelling. We love doing stuff together and chilling in the flat, but also have our own friends. It would be great to find someone who would like to be more like friends than flatmates!

7/8 minute walk to Balham tube, and 10 mins to Balham high street

Rent is £850 and bills come to around £100. Deposit is to be confirmed by agency, but we think it wouldn’t be more than five weeks rent

We are looking for someone who’s a non smoker and who will keep the flat clean and tidy
