📍BALHAM/ TOOTING BEC (10 min walk to both stations, bus stops only a few minutes walk away). There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby as well as lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants and pubs.
🛌 A small fully furnished room in a 5 bed, 2 bath house with back yard.
👯 You’ll be living with four lovely girls (two Aussies and two Brits) in their mid-20s working a mixture of at home and in the office.
📅 Available the beginning of October (now/as soon as possible) until the end of the lease on the 29th of November.
💸 £950 pcm plus bills (£124). We also have a cleaner who comes every 3-4 weeks which is an extra £10 each.
