Great value double in social house with garden

We have a nice room available in a four bed semi-detached house, available end of November
One of our housemates is moving out so three of us are looking to fill her room.

The room:
Bright room with 4ft bed and under bed storage. Also build in wardrobe with plenty of storage and space available in the hallway and eaves.

The house:
Large house with huge open-plan kitchen & living room that opens onto a garden. Has hob, 2 full size fridge-freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, masses of cupboard space. Three sofas in the living room so lots of communal space to chill. One good size bathroom upstairs (plus another en-suite on the top floor).

Landlord is amazing!

Housemates:
We are 3 female professionals aged 25-28 and we would ideally like to get another sociable, friendly professional to join us. We have a cleaner twice a month to keep the house clean. Between us we are into travel, fitness, music, and going for drinks/dinners.

The area:
The house is on a nice quiet residential road away from the main Balham high road. We are an 8 minute walk from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line) and a 10 minute walk from Balham tube + rail station (Northern line & trains to Clapham Junction + Victoria).

If you don’t know the area, Balham has great bars and restaurants and Tooting has the best Indian restaurants in London. Tooting Bec common is literally at the end of our road (park run, tennis courts etc.) and it’s a short walk to various supermarkets.
