Spacious double room for let in Balham

Hello!
I am moving out of my shared flat in Balham to live with my boy friend.

The room itself is very spacious with a king sized bed and fitted storage. (I’m sure you’ll do a better job at decorating than I did!)
We’re about a 5 min walk from Balham tube station/ shops.

Who you’ll be living with:

You’ll be living with two lovely girls, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome when I first moved in.

Freya - 26
Hannah- 24

Both girls work in Marketing, and are typically in the office 3/4 days a week.
They also enjoy running and socialising, and an occasional TV show binge!

Looking for someone to slot right in - be a friend as well as a house mate.
