Double Loft Room in Balham

Hello!

We're looking for 2 new housemates to join us from the start of Feb (exact date can be a little flexible) in our flat in the middle of Balham, as our current housemates are both moving in with their partners. Neither rooms are actually in the loft, but Spare Room won't let me edit the title!
Viewings Sunday 5th Jan. Please only respond if you feel you'd be a good match.

The rooms:
- Double rooms
- Include bed, wardrobes and maybe some other bits of furniture that can be negotiated with current housemates!
- One room on the ground floor, the other on the first.

The house:
We're a 3 minute walk from Balham Station, on the main road. Big lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely little roof terrace out the back. Bills usually come to £100 a month.

Housemates:
We've been here for varying lengths and like hanging out together in the evenings when we're in, but also very much have our own lives and respect each other's space.
We all work, some days WFH - I'm an actor/writer from Manchester, and Méabh is a physio from Galway.
We love cooking and have every kitchen gadget under the sun (every household needs 2 air fryers, yeah?)
A cleaner comes every 2 weeks and definitely want someone who will also keep the place clean!
