We are currently looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3 bed 1st floor flat as our current flatmate is leaving :(

The room is a double with ottoman bed for storage, wardrobe and chest of drawers are included.

Rent: £917 + Bills (between £100/£120, council tax Lambeth)
Location: SW2, 10mins streatham hill station // 20mins Balham(northern) // 10mins on the bus to Brixton station(Victoria)
50 bus also runs right outside

Move in Date: 26th October (6 month contract until April 2025, with option to renew)
Tooting common is on our doorstep (5km round, so great if you love a run or hot girl walk!) with cute independent Hyde farm cafe a 3 min walk.
We are 2 x 29 year old girliessss looking for a young professional earning over £30k+ (agents ask) who would love to share this space with us!
We are both professionals working in creative industries with one WFH 2/3 days a week (not set days).
We love to have girlie dinners with wine and watch films/netflix together but also have our own busy social and work lives outside of the flat too.
