Girls House in SW17

Hi Gals!

I’m looking for a gal to join me in this 2 bed house in Wandsworth Common, super close to Balham/Tooting Broadway. It’s a 12 minute walk to Tooting Bec or 8 minutes to Wandsworth Common train station. My current house mate is sadly moving out of London and I am looking to fill the room October/November time but can be flexible.

I’m 29, work in Project Managament and in between the gym and the pub I like to have wholesome time at home and looking for a housemate to share this lovely house with. It’s a 2 bed house in SW17 with a garden, bi folding doors, a big living/dining area and a big wine rack. I am friends with the landlords and so want to find someone who will take care of the house too. It’s in a quieter part of Tooting but I think it’s a great spot and has the best of both worlds.

Rent is £1100 plus bills which are £150 each month and the contract would be for 12 months.
