Bright and spacious double room in Balham!

Hi everyone! My name is Claudio and I’m very sadly having to leave my amazing flat due to work relocation.

The flat is located in Balham (8 mins walk to Balham station and 6 mins walk to Tooting Bec). It’s in a residential and quiet area with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

It has a massive and very bright living room, a good sized kitchen with dishwasher and a functional bathroom with laundry room (my flatmate Chris has his own en-suite and never uses the main bathroom, which would basically be all yours).

The bedroom is very spacious, has big and beautiful windows and it comes with the wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed is mine, however I’d be happy to leave it for a small fee (it was only bought about a year ago).

Rent is £1100/month and deposit is £1326.50 which the agency would put into a deposit scheme.

Maintenance of the flat is dealt with by the agency and the landlady is also very nice and keen on getting anything fixed in no time.

You’d be taking over the lease from me and my housemate and friend Chris who is 38, works in finance in the city and sometimes also works from home.
His bedroom only is upstairs which means you’d have more privacy.

Chris is very clean, tidy and respectful. He does enjoy a drink/dinner together every now and again and he’s always up for a chat.

I absolutely love this flat and I’m feeling so sad to leave it and want to make sure I find someone nice and respectful to live with my friend!

The room is currently available and I’m ideally looking for someone who could move in by the end of October.
