Sadly our current housemate Sally is going travelling, so we’re looking for a someone new to join our house We're looking for someone in their mid to late 20s, who is easy going, clean and friendly to join the flat and continue to make it feel like home!

Rent is £1000 + £68 for bills

You’ll be living with Izzie and Hannah, who both love running, the gym, art, live music and festivals. During the week, we are mostly office based, although both work from home a couple of times a week. We don't throw parties, but do invite friends over often for dinner or drinks.

The flat is located about 5 mins from Tooting Bec and 7 mins from Balham, next to Milk Run.

Your bedroom will be the biggest in the house, with plenty of room for a desk and/or a sofa if you wanted one. The bedroom is quiet at night and south facing, so lovely and warm/bright.

We have a little roof terrace, which gets sun all day during the summer. The kitchen is on the cosy side, but it has plenty of storage etc. There is a separate toilet and bathroom which is really handy. Then a big dining/ living room, which is really cosy.
