Spacious Top Floor Room In Balham

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Balham from late November/ Early December.

House: Around 5 minutes walk from Balham station, this 6 bed house is a stones throw from the shops, pubs and restaurants on Balham high road. It has a large shared kitchen/dining area, separate shared living room, 2 bathrooms and outdoor patio area.

Room: Top floor double room, very spacious and loads of natural light. The room comes with a wardrobe and I’d be looking to sell my bed frame and desk to whoever moves in (if you have your own furniture then no need to do this)

Housemates: You’ll be living with 5 very sociable blokes who are all good fun, we regularly go out as a house for a beer or meal and usually end up watching something in the living room together most evenings. Everyone works full time with the occasional day working from home.
