Lovely room in Balham flat

Hello!

I have a lovely big room available to rent in a two bedroom Balham flat, sharing with one other girl. It's a 5-10 minute walk from Balham and Tooting stations.

I own this flat with my sister. My sister moved out previously to live in Aus, and rents her room to our current tenant, and now I am moving out and looking to rent my room out too!

It's a lovely, quiet, light and airy flat, with two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large open kitchen/living area which opens up onto a small terrace. A short walk from all the great shops/restaurants/cafes which Balham has to offer, and close to Tooting/Wandsworth and Clapham Commons.

We are looking for a working professional, who loves chilled evenings, keeping fit, seeing friends etc, and someone who is clean and tidy.

Current tenant is a professional 26 year old female who I have enjoyed living with for the past couple of months.
