Hey, I am looking for someone to replace me in my current flat share. 2 guys currently living in the flat and you’d be the third person. The flat is within a new build block and part of a really cool, new development- it’s the penthouse flat on the top floor, which has an added feature of a lift that takes you straight into the flat. There’s a spacious terrace outside the flat that’s super nice for morning coffees or summer bbqs. The space is ideal for someone who wants to be >5 min walk to Northern Line.
