Cosy double room in friendly flat in Balham!

Looking for a new housemate to move into our lovely 3-bed property in Balham! The room is available from 8th January 2025.
The double room is furnished with large windows. There is plenty of storage space for the bedroom (external storage and cupboards adjacent to the room). There is a shared kitchen, living space, bathroom and a shared garden (with the neighbour!).
You will be joining me and Jasmine - two young professionals (26, 27) working in London. Jasmine is an Assistant Buyer and Jess is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist!

5-minute walk from Balham Station/Tube. 5 minute-walk from Aldi, Sainsbury's and Tesco. Lot's of local pubs, restaurants and bars. We are on a safe road in a lovely neighbourhood.

We are looking for a girl in their mid-late 20s. We have made the house a home and are a social/friendly household! We are looking for someone who is social like us and also respectful/clean.

Sorry we are not open to students or couples or people who work from home full-time! We work a mixture of in office and at home so would like someone with a similar schedule :)
