Description
Looking for a new housemate to move into our lovely 3-bed property in Balham! The room is available from 6th November 2025.
You will be joining me and Charlotte - two young professionals (27) working in London. Jess is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist and Charlotte works in Sales! We are looking for a girl in their mid-late 20s or early 30s. We have made the house a home and are a friendly household! We enjoy pub trips and cosy nights in! We are looking for someone who is social like us and also respectful/clean!
The double room is furnished with large windows. There is plenty of storage space (two large wardrobes and one cupboard). There is a shared kitchen, living space, bathroom and a shared garden (with the neighbour!).
We are 5-minute walk from Balham Station/Tube and 5 minute-walk from Aldi, Sainsbury's and Tesco. There are lot’s of local pubs, restaurants and bars. We are on a safe road in a lovely neighbourhood.
Sorry we are not open to students or couples or people who work from home full-time! We work a mixture of in office and at home so would like someone with a similar lifestyle! :)
