Urgent Housemate Needed - Move in date 10 Nov

We're looking for a new housemate to move in this Sunday 10th November (short-term or long term). The previous applicants referencing passed but they pulled out last minute so we're seeking someone to sign and settle ASAP.

A bit about us:
I'm an ESG consultant at an audit firm, and my housemate Liv works in luxury travel PR. We're easy going, enjoy staying active and love cooking house meals together.

We are looking for 1x person who is sociable, tidy and ideally goes into the office 3-4 times a week since the room doesn't have space for desk
