I have a double bedroom in a lovely, modern, 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in Balham.

Looking for a clean and tidy new tenant to move in long term from 1st February.

Large open plan kitchen, living room and dining area, with balcony. Fully furnished, 4 minutes walk to Balham station.

Rent is £1,225 per month, with bills coming to around £150 per month.

I work in the office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week and would prefer to find someone on a similar pattern.

I am sociable and enjoy going for drinks and dinner, and also hosting friends in the flat.
