Double Bedroom in Balham!!!

We’re looking for one girl to fill this room in a 3-bed flat in between Balham/ Streatham Hill, as I am moving out and in with my boyfriend. The room is unfurnished except for the bed which will stay. I am also happy to leave the wardrobe for some cash. The rest of the house is all furnished and so cosy!

Rent is £975 and with Bills this is around £1061 per month. The contact is rolling.

The two girls you will be leaving are 25 and 26, one is qualified solicitor and the other works for a media agency! We all met at Newcastle University and have lived together for 3 years. The girls are ideally looking for someone who would want to be friends, not just flatmates!

The flat has been kept in a great condition as we are all super clean. The girls are easygoing who love cooking dinner and watching TV weekdays. On the weekends, they’re up for a night out, a pub night, or exploring and doing cute, wholesome things in London.

The flat itself has one bathroom (a shower, toilet, sink), a living room, a separate kitchen, and a big shared garden perfect for summer hosting!

We’re a 5-minute walk from Streatham Hill Overground, a 13-minute walk from Balham station (Northern line).

So we’re ideally looking for someone who wants to be friends with their flatmates, is in a similar kind of job, and is always up for doing fun things!
