2 double rooms in Clapham North/Brixton

Hey gals,

We’re looking for 2 girls to replace us in our 4 bed house in between Clapham North/Brixton🏡

You’d be joining Tabby (25) who works as a project manager in the city 2/3 days a week, and Rhiannu (24) who works for a law firm in the city 4 days a week, and have been living together for nearly a year and a half.

They are very social and love a pub trip at the weekend, but also love quiet nights in infront of the TV or going out for a coffee and long walk together at the weekend. They are looking for 2 girls of a similar age, who are social and want to be friends over just housemates. The house is kept super clean and they’d love for it to be kept this way!

The house is a 4 bed terraced house, a 10 minute walk to Clapham North (Northern Line) and a 10 minute walk to Brixton (Victoria Line). There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers, a big open sitting room/dining room, and a nice open kitchen and a patio area outside. The rent of each room is £1066, with bills looking around £120-£150 a month. Move in date is the beginning of January and they’d be looking for 2 girls that are looking for a longer term rent.
