We're all working professionals and new to London so looking for a lovely sociable girl (any age between
21-24ish) who's down to make new friends and explore

About the house/ room:
£1,035 pcm + bills which are around £100 a month
Deposit - £1,038.60
Must either have a guarantor earning £36K a year or pay 6 months rent upfront
Contract ends in August 2025 with chance to renew
2 bathrooms/ showers and 3 toilets
Big communal spaces and a gorgeous garden round the back
1 minute walk to Lidl at the end of our road and 3 minute walk to a big Tesco
The house is a ten minute walk from both North Clapham and Brixton tube station so we have the Victoria and Northern lines on our doorstep, Clapham Common is a 15ish minute walk away and we have a bus stop at the end of the road
