Looking for a working professional interested in renting a clean and peaceful apartment by mid Feb-Mar. Couples are not permitted sorry.

The apartment is located in a clean and well maintained neighbourhood in Flowersmead, Upper Tooting Park. I’m a current leaseholder & tenant seeking a housemate replacement & co-signer for lease.

The lease is running right now and is lapsing on 26 July (will be renewed as I will continue)

Hi, I'm Shivam, a 30 year year-old management consultant working in Finance. My office is in Canary Wharf and I go to office 2 or 3 days a week. On weekends, I tend to go out and chill otherwise I’m home. I'm easygoing, sociable, and enjoy spending time with my housemates while also respecting personal space. My hobbies include cooking, fitness, watching movies, travelling, photography and cars! I regularly cook and the kitchen in this house is always running and full of stuff. It’s a decent size room with ample space to accommodate a single person.

*About the Apartment*

Exposure: South-East, excellent sunlight from morning until evening. Bright and airy living room with the balcony. It’s a spacious living room.

Shared spaces: The kitchen, living area and closet/utility storage.

The TV will be gone as it belongs to the tenant who’s gonna leave so we’ll have to buy one!

Smoking inside is not allowed but you can use the balcony for it.

Utensils: I have got all kinds of pans, cookers, plates, bowls, cutlery, storage containers etc. You are welcome to use it at all times but needs to be cleaned and maintained. (If you’re cooking meat you’ll have to cook them in separate pans sorry) otherwise all cool.

Balham high road is 2 min from the estate and you find everything there as it connects Balham high street and Tooting high street. Plenty of shops, saloons, eateries, bars and supermarkets around.
