Beautiful double room in a 2 bed garden flat

Hello, I’m Beccy, I’ve just moved into my new flat in Balham and looking for a flatmate to move into my beautiful, bright spare room. I’m 34, work in marketing and work from home a couple of days a week. I’m easy going, clean and tidy, love to cook, stay in watching a film/netflix as well as go out socialising with friends or off to a gym class.
This is very much my home so looking for someone that equally calls it home, that I get along with and is happy to spend time together if we are in but also do our own thing.

The flat is the ground floor of a period terraced house just 1 minute walk from tooting common, it’s a fabulous area and super quiet while being just under a 15 min walk to Balham tube or 7 mins to streatham hill train station (which goes to Balham, Clapham junction, Battersea and Victoria).

The room has built in wardrobes and draws, double bed with under bed storage and overlooks the garden so is very quiet. You will have your own loo and there is a shared bathroom, a big living room with period features, and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room as well as a single spare room/office which I use a few days a week but happy for you to use if I’m not around. The flat has very high ceilings, which gives it a really spacious feel. I also have a garden with a beautiful apple tree, perfect for summer.

Rent excludes bills which will be split between the two of each month.
