Double room in spacious 3 bed flat

Hello! We are looking for a friendly new housemate for a double room available mid feb.

About the room: Double room with window, wardrobe, chest of drawers, plenty of storage under the bed and on storage shelf for suitcases/larger items.

Bathroom shared with one other housemate which includes big shower and toilet, and plenty of storage drawers/shelves.

We all share a big kitchen with a dining table and spacious living room (1 couch each!) There's the usual amenities, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, and a fortnightly cleaner is included in the rent. There is also a big grassy shared garden which is never really
occupied.

About the area: Balham is really lovely with plenty of good coffee shops/bakeries, nightlife with nice local pubs and bars but always feel safe walking at night. Super convenient with Balham station 2 min walk away (Northern line and National Rail- easy access to clapham junction and Victoria station). Lots of parkland nearby with Tooting Common and Wandsworth Common about a 10 min walk away, as well as Tooting Lido, tennis courts and an athletics track.

About the housemates:
You will be sharing with 2 fab housemates, male and female aged 29/30, who have been here for the past few years and work a mix from the office and at home. They are super friendly and welcoming, not fussed on male or female just looking for an easygoing person so if you feel like you’d be a good fit or have any questions feel free to reach out!

All bills (council tax, wifi, electricity, gas and cleaner fortnightly) is included in rent which is £972/month, likely to drop after winter.
