* 1 minute walk to the Balham Leisure Centre & Gym
* 10 mins from tooting park
* Ground floor but looks out into the flats communial garden
There are currently two lovely girls living here, and we’re seeking another female flatmate to complete the house.
Rent: £985/month�Bills: Around £150/month

The walls and carpet have also recently been redone, so the flat is fresh and modern!
