Double room available from February in 2 bed flat on Chestnut Grove, 4 minutes walk to Balham underground and national rail station.

Looking for a professional to take this double room as my current flatmate is moving out. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and additional storage space. There is also ample space to fit a desk and desk chair.

The flat is 2 bed, one bathroom, with a kitchen/living area which comes with all usual kitchen appliances, as well as a sofa, TV, and dining table. We're on the upper floor of a terraced house, but the flat, bedroom and area generally are relatively quiet. Balham High Road is a 4 minute walk away with all kinds of shops, supermarkets, pubs and a gym.

A bit about me: I am a 28 year old male professional working in property, based in central London, working in the office 3-4 days a week. I'm a clean and respectful flatmate, pretty easy going and enjoy socialising and meeting new people!
