Balham double with garden

Hi,

I’m looking for a replacement in a 4 bedroom house to live with 3 wonderful women- Ciara, Ellyn and Federica . We have signed a contract till November 2025 and the room will be available from April.

The girls in this house are chilled and sensible, often out and about but we also enjoy hanging out together in the kitchen and watching movies. One is a teacher, one works in Media and the other is make up artist for Charlotte Tilbury.

I’m looking for a similarly friendly person to replace myself.
The room is a downstairs double with direct access to the garden and (mostly) exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom.

Large communal living area and parking available out front. We are 10-15 minute walk from Balham High street, including Balham underground and overground station.
Also 3 minute walk from Tooting common and 20-30 minute walk from Clapham and Wandsworth common.

15 minute tube/ train from zone 1

I have absolutely loved living in the house for the past four years. The location is ideal and the garden is lovely in the summer.
