The Room: We have a spacious (unfurnished) double bedroom with access to en suite to rent in split level, three double bedroom flat. Comprising a bright living room, a big dine-in kitchen and two bathrooms. The flat is currently unfurnished. The bedroom furniture is for sale for £150.

The area: There is a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby and is a short walking distance to both Balham and Wandsworth Common stations.

The flatmates: You will be sharing with Jack, a civil servant from Newcastle who enjoys the pub and football.

Harry is also a civil servant but will be moving out soon so another bedroom will shortly be available.

Sean (me) is who you will be replacing. The flat will be unfurnished so you, Jack, and the next tenant will share the cost of getting the basics in (sofa etc)

The flat gets professionally cleaned twice a month and this costs £35pm per tenant.

Viewings available flexibly over next few weeks with preferred move in date in Early May.
