My flatmate is moving out so im looking for someone to take over a the big room, with a king size bed and huge wardrobe.
The flat is two floors, with both bedrooms on the 1st floor and the kitchen/living room on the top floor. The flat has two bathrooms so you'll essentially have the main one all to yourself. It's also close to both Balham and Tooting bec tube stations.
The landlord seems good, neither of us has had any issues and they are happy for the person moving in to either take over this contract or start a new one of our own
