2 Double Rooms in Balham

My lovely flatmates are moving out to live with their boyfriends (💔) so there are 2 rooms available in our Balham flat from mid July.

I’m a 26 year old girl originally from Scotland who moved to London about 3 years ago. I work in the city 3-4 days a week, and in the evenings and weekends love to chill in the living room and watch trash tv, go for runs, coffee or a wee pub trip!

Ideally looking for girls in their mid to late twenties (happy for individuals or two friends already) who are looking for a chilled, clean flat to call home.

Move in date: 12th July

A bit about the flat:

📍just off Balham high street, between Balham and Tooting Bec. Less than 10 minute walk to Tooting and Wandsworth Commons and about 20 minutes to Clapham Common.

🏡 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom top floor flat with a big open plan kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a big storage cupboard on the ground floor if you have a bike, and there is also a clothes rail on the landing for coats, shoes etc so lots of storage! (We are also getting new carpets put in so will be looking a lot fresher!)

🛌 The two rooms that are available are both doubles, which are south facing and get lots of natural light. Both have under bed storage and come furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. One is smaller than the other, so the rent split would be.

🚆 5 mins walk from Balham Tube and Railway stations, and lots of buses within a few mins

🛒 just over 5 mins walk to big Sainsbury’s and Aldi (as well as Boots, TkMaxx, Oliver Bonas), and a 24/7 Tesco Express less than a minute away

The three of us met initially through spare room but have lived together for 2.5 years and have become great friends, so hoping for something similar!
